Word of heal monk : word of healing, dwanyna kiss, orions, healing seed, healing touch, inspired hex, channeling, heal party (note no res sig)
SB/infuse monk : spell breaker, dwanyna kiss, orions, healing seed, healing touch, infuse health, channelling, heal party (I find this good but if you want change HP for inspired hex)
Active protection monk: usually teams want Restore Condition, reversal of fortune, guardian, mend ailment, holy veil, inspired hex, channelling, aegis
Copy paste from guild forum.
Wrong section though.

I've never had inspired hex on my bar as a bonder. RoF is also a poor choice on a bonder's bar. Bonder's are feast or famine on energy depending on the kind of group you're up against. RoF is too easy to spam and screw yourself on energy for too little of a return without running boon.
Bonder: Blessed signet, Balthazar's Spirit, Life Bond, Vital Blessing or Holy Veil, Aegis, Shield of Deflection or Restore Condition or Martyr {Elite}, Prot Spirit or Guardian, Mantra of Inscriptions (if you have no BiP/Blood Rit b*itch)
Frequently, I've been asked to take Vital Blessing and Holy Veil, skipping Mantra altogether. Thus my bar looks like this: Aegis, SoD/Martyr/RC, Prot Spirit, Holy Veil, Vital Blessing, Life Bond, Balthazar's Spirit, Blessed Signet. That bar is fine for a mixed spike/balanced/ranger spike with a BiP/Blood Rit.

DO NOT take convert hexes unless u want to run out of energy real fast.
And i wouldnt take RoF, draw conditions and mend ailment on a bonder, blessed sig FTW!

Read more carefully. The prot bar you just suggested changes to was for an active prot with SoD, not a bonder.

If you're running as the active prot monk with Inspired Hex/Holy Veil, how do you use Holy Veil?
Do you keep it on slowing the mesmer down, or cast, cancel, repeat..?

In the infuser build:
Healing seed AND heal party BAD, Inspired hex GOOD.
Theres also a rather nice mesmer build which i like to play
Me/Mo (obviously.)
10 insp +1 from minor
12 prot
Rest in fast casting.... 9 or something +1 from helmet and +1 from a minor rune.
Reversal
Guardian
Restore conditions
Prot spirit
Aegis
Remove hex
Channeling
Inspired Hex
BTW: Healing touch sucks really bad, unless your the only monk on your team (for example in a bloodspike). Dont use it... Ever... Unless your the only monk on your team cos it sucks really bad...unless ur the only monk on ur team, oh i'm sorry am i repeating myself a bit?

surprise that all the builds above have only one condition removal (RC).
i guess u guys will have real trouble facing condition build, which 99% of the time has signet of humilitiy mesmer shutting down restore condition.

If you do not have a Blood Rit/BiP in the build, yes you do need it. Drop Prot Spirit for it. Prot Spirit actually does no damage reduction when combined with Life Bond, due to Bond triggering before Prot Spirit, so it's largely a waste of energy to Prot Spirit anyone other than yourself or the Hero, both of whom should be seeded when under fire anyway. Research that was posted on TGH showed that Life Bond triggers before Prot Spirit and Prot Spirit was only useful in instances where the damage was non-physical (air spike/obs flame spike/etc) or if physical, the damage AFTER a 50% reduction from Life Bond was still greater than 10% of the player's maximum health, which is very, very rare.
